Does anyone know of a way of removing a Service Pack from Vista? The service pack won't let me restore the computer to a point before it was installed so does anyone know where these restore points are kept?

Investigating on this Robert...will post back soon. Edit: Robert, asked a buddy of mine and he said there should be no problem to uninstall a Service Pack, but if you have any problems check out this Microsoft KB article: KB Link Last edited on Sun Nov 22nd, 2009 09:53 pm by Midnight Tech |

Robert... Go to Control panel programs and features on left side of screen, click on "View installed updates" at the bottom of the list, will be the Windows updates. Find the one you want to uninstall. Click it to highlight it, and at the top, click on uninstall.

This is even stranger. Just carried out that operation Devans and I am told there are no updates installed on this computer. I know for a fact that there have been at least ten windows updates of one kind and another, goodness knows I have sat in front of the screen often enough watching them do their thing.
