Hi,

I have made a request in my private support forum being a customer of wowbb to update our glue records of our forum url removed

Would appreciate if the technical Team of wowbb help us out in this regard.

I am not sure if this is not spam, there is certainly nothing wrong with the DNS settings as far as I can see.

I'll wait for a response from ourhfm, which if not forthcoming I'll bin this post.

Hello,

We are facing some problems with our forum http://www.ourhfm.com for which we have bought the domain from you.In our forum there is some posts missing and members online also is showing differently to 2 different members logged in at the same time.Also 2 members logged in at the same time are seeing different posts as the last post posted whereas few posts are missing also.

Thats whyw anted to update teh glue records so that this problem can be resolved.

Are you sure you are on the correct support web site? Your site is not tracing to Data 1 Systems servers.

WOWBB is showing as the domain registrar but not the hosting provider. Your hosting provider appears to be:

In any event, if you are having problems with members not showing online, it is a support matter with IPS for your IP.Board software, not a hosting problem.

Hi,

I found your domain name.. I didn't know it was in the big pile of domain names we migrated from WowBB.

I really don't think it is a glue problem, It sounds to me like a caching problem. If you want to PM me with the specific records you need changed I can help.

This is unusual, our domain names are a service we provide to our hosted customers. Near the end of your contract (expires Aug 23, 2013) we will need you to transfer your domain to a different registrar.
