Hi Tom,
Unless youre an admin on the other forum or the owner of the hosting account for that other forum you want to delete/pull your old posts from, its not possible. only the admin/mods on that other forum can delete your posts. Im sure, if you want your old posts bad enough, you can copy and paste them but I imagine theres quite a bit of posts there and it would get a bit tedious.
